These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "You") and 333x ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). Please read every clause carefully before registering or placing any wager.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the access to and use of the 333x platform, available at https://333x.cam and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. 333x reserves the right to refuse service to any user at its sole discretion, including where continued use is incompatible with applicable law or licensing obligations.
333x is an English-language online betting and casino platform targeting Pakistani users. We do not represent, warrant, or claim that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of this Platform is compliant with the laws of your jurisdiction, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any other applicable legislation in Pakistan.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply. Terms not defined below carry their natural English meaning in the context in which they appear.

Access to and use of the 333x Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the conditions below.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. 333x operates mandatory age verification. Providing false information to circumvent age verification is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law. Any account found to belong to an underage individual will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using this Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 333x does not assert that online gambling is legal in Pakistan, nor does it hold authorisation from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), or any provincial gambling authority. If you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you must not register or use the Platform.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update such information promptly if any change occurs. 333x reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where provided information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
To access the full functionality of the 333x Platform, including depositing, wagering, and withdrawing funds, Users must complete the registration process and satisfy all applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
Registration requires provision of a valid email address, a chosen password, and accurate personal details including full legal name, date of birth, and residential address. Users in Pakistan are required to provide a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) number or passport details for identity verification purposes.
333x may at any time request the following verification documents before processing withdrawals or as part of ongoing anti-money laundering compliance obligations:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. 333x will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to our support team immediately.
333x reserves the right to restrict or suspend account functionality, including the processing of withdrawals, pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification. This right is exercised in accordance with the Platform's anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations.
333x accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of payment methods available in the live cashier at the time of transaction. Payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including mobile wallets and bank transfers — may be listed in the cashier as context. The availability of any specific payment method is not guaranteed and may change without notice based on operator, bank, or payment provider policies. 333x does not represent that Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, or any other named payment provider endorses or supports gambling on this Platform.
The primary account currency on 333x is Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balance displays, deposit confirmations, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in PKR unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion fees may apply where a payment method operates in a different base currency.
Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits, minimum withdrawal thresholds, and maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits are published in the cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change. Users are responsible for checking current limits before initiating any transaction.
All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification completion, active wagering requirement clearance (where applicable), and 333x's standard fraud and AML review process. 333x does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing durations vary by payment method, provider processing schedules, and the status of any pending compliance checks. Users should not rely on any indicative timeframes as contractual commitments.
Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant. 333x reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with published fee schedules, subject to applicable law. Users will receive notification before any dormancy fee is applied.
333x offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page.
All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be staked before any winnings generated from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the specified time limit will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement clearance. Sports betting markets, live casino games, table games, and slot machines may contribute at different rates, which are published on the promotions terms page. Players should verify game contribution rates before selecting which games to use for wagering requirement clearance.
Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or any form of collusion — constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 8 and will result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and potential permanent closure.
Where a User holds an active bonus balance, withdrawal requests may be restricted until applicable wagering requirements are met. Users may choose to forfeit an active bonus to unlock withdrawal capability — however, any winnings generated from forfeited bonus funds will also be removed from the account balance. The exact forfeiture procedure is documented in the cashier section.
All promotional offers are made at 333x's sole discretion. The Platform reserves the right to restrict specific promotions to particular player segments, geographic regions, deposit methods, or account status tiers. Eligibility for any specific promotion does not guarantee eligibility for future promotions.
The following general betting rules govern all wagers placed on the 333x Platform. Sport-specific and market-specific rules may supplement these general provisions and are published in the relevant sports/casino sections.
A bet is accepted only upon receipt of electronic confirmation from the Platform. 333x reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in mispriced odds, where a market has been suspended, or where the Platform identifies evidence of unusual betting patterns.
Odds are displayed in decimal format by default and represent the total return per unit staked, inclusive of the original stake. Odds are subject to change up until the moment of bet acceptance. The odds confirmed at time of acceptance are the odds that apply to the relevant wager, regardless of subsequent market movements.
A bet may be voided where: the event is abandoned, postponed, or does not take place within a specified window; a market is settled in error and subsequently corrected; the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical fault; or any other circumstance rendering the original bet invalid under the Platform's applicable sport rules. In the case of a void bet, the original stake is returned to the User's account.
Live betting markets are offered on selected events including Pakistan cricket fixtures, PSL matches, ICC tournaments, and international sports leagues. Live odds fluctuate in real time based on match events. 333x does not guarantee the continuous availability of live markets during any event and reserves the right to suspend in-play betting where system integrity or data feed issues arise.
Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per market type are published in the Platform's betting rules section. These limits apply regardless of the odds or stake involved. Where a calculated payout would exceed the applicable maximum, the payout will be capped at the published limit.
The following actions constitute Prohibited Conduct and will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
333x is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all aspects of its Platform. The following provisions form part of the Platform's responsible gambling framework and are binding on both the Platform and its Users.
The 333x Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 or above, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. This is a non-negotiable eligibility condition. Being 18 years of age does not automatically make gambling lawful in Pakistan — local laws may further restrict access to gambling services regardless of age.

Users who wish to take a temporary or permanent break from gambling may request self-exclusion at any time by contacting our support team. Temporary exclusions are available in durations of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, and 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible and will result in account closure. During any period of self-exclusion, the User's account will be locked, all marketing communications will be suppressed, and no manual override or account reinstatement is available.
333x monitors account behaviour for indicators of problem gambling. Where such indicators are identified, the Platform may proactively reach out to the affected User, apply temporary limits, or restrict account access in accordance with responsible gambling obligations. This action is taken in the interest of player welfare and is not punitive in nature.
All content on the 333x Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software, data compilations, betting odds presentations, and multimedia elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 333x or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, commercial exploitation, or reverse engineering of any Platform content or software.
Any unauthorised use of 333x's intellectual property — including scraping of odds data, reproduction of Platform content on third-party sites, or commercial use of the 333x brand name — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 333x shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
333x does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party data feed disruptions, and technical failures may affect Platform availability without prior notice.
333x reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they alter your rights or obligations in a significant way — 333x will notify registered Users via email or prominent Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.
Non-material amendments (including typographical corrections, clarifications, or formatting changes that do not alter the substance of any clause) may be made without advance notice. The date of last revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operating licence is issued. Specific governing law and dispute resolution provisions are set out in the Platform's licence documentation, which is available upon written request to our support team.
For Pakistani users, 333x acknowledges the existence of the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and does not claim that these Terms override, supersede, or render inapplicable any provision of Pakistani law. 333x does not provide legal advice regarding the applicability of Pakistani law to individual users. Users should seek independent legal counsel if they require guidance on their specific legal position.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall, to the extent possible, be resolved in good faith through direct communication with 333x's compliance team via the contact details set out in Section 14. Where direct resolution is not possible, the dispute resolution procedures applicable under the Platform's operating licence shall apply.
